Terms & Conditions
Effective September 21, 2026. These Terms govern access to Aretivra and purchases of the Business Growth Diagnostic.
1. Operator and agreement
Aretivra is a product operated by Saady Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using Aretivra, creating access, completing a diagnostic, or purchasing a report unlock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.
2. The Aretivra product
Aretivra provides a digital Business Growth Diagnostic. Customers answer structured questions, receive an Executive Preview, and may choose to purchase access to the complete digital consulting report. The product is a focused diagnostic and decision-support tool; it is not a full traditional consulting engagement.
3. Accounts and secure access
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting secure access links and sessions, and using Aretivra only for a business you are authorized to assess. You must promptly tell us if you believe your access has been compromised.
4. Diagnostic nature and professional advice
Results reflect the information supplied and the product methodology at the time of the assessment. Aretivra does not replace legal, accounting, financial, tax, investment, employment, regulatory, or other regulated professional advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions that require it.
5. Executive Preview and digital delivery
The assessment and report-generation process produces an Executive Preview before any paid unlock decision. A completed one-time purchase unlocks the full report associated with that purchase. Delivery occurs digitally through the customer portal and, where available, secure transactional links. The report is not regenerated as part of payment.
6. Price, currency, and payment
The price and currency shown at the unlock point are the applicable commercial terms for that purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, an unlock is a one-time payment and not a subscription. Taxes or charges required by applicable law may be presented through the payment processor.
7. Refunds
Because the purchased report is a digital product delivered immediately after verified payment, purchases are normally final after unlock or access. Exceptional cases are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
Aretivra, its methodology, presentation, software, and report formats are owned by or licensed to Saady Consulting LLC. Subject to these Terms, a purchaser may use and share the purchased report internally for the assessed business. You may not resell, copy for competing products, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the service.
9. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, assess a business without authority, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass payment or access controls, or use automated means that materially burden the platform.
10. Outcomes and customer responsibility
Business conditions are uncertain. We do not guarantee revenue, growth, funding, profitability, performance, or any specific outcome. You remain responsible for evaluating the report, verifying assumptions, and deciding whether and how to act.
11. Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or change the service where reasonably necessary. We aim to preserve purchased access, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Aretivra is provided on an “as available” basis. Saady Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from business decisions made using the diagnostic. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including essential service operations and optional analytics and advertising technologies.
14. Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Wyoming will be the forum for disputes, except where mandatory consumer law provides another forum or right.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@aretivra.com or through our Contact page.
